Shipping Policy — Prestigious Apron Gourmet

Pickup

All orders are available for pickup in Halifax, NS once preparation is complete. Pickup details, including the exact address and time window, will be confirmed with you after your order is placed. Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window, as food is prepared fresh and best enjoyed promptly.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Halifax, NS for a flat fee of $30 per order. Please note there is no minimum order value required for delivery.

Order Timing & Cycle

All orders are freshly prepared to order on a three-week cycle. The order window opens approximately one week before the ordering deadline and closes on Wednesday of the third week. Orders placed after the closing date will be carried over to the next cycle.

We do not offer same-day pickup or delivery. Please place your order within the active order window.

Order Confirmation

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can reach you regarding pickup or delivery scheduling. Pickup and delivery details are communicated individually for each ordering cycle.

Missed Pickups or Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window, as we are not responsible for food left unattended. If you miss your scheduled pickup time, contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative — please note food quality may be affected the longer it sits after preparation.

Delays

While we do our best to honor all scheduled pickup and delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if this happens
